Dedicated Senior Medical Center is a family-owned primary and specialty care practice committed to delivering superior healthcare to Medicare-eligible seniors. Our patients' word-of-mouth referrals have helped us grow and provide our seniors with greater access to the quality healthcare they deserve.
Dr. Andrea Caraccioli is a board-certified family medicine physician who decided to become a doctor at a very young age. As she’s practiced both primary care and hospital medicine, including critical care, Dr. Caraccioli has loved building trusting relationships with her patients. “To care for seniors—and bring hope to those who are sick—is a blessing,” Dr. Caraccioli says. “Seniors are important to society. They’re our memories and wisdom to the young. And they deserve our best!” When she’s not providing quality care, Dr. Caraccioli stays busy with medical research and family time. She and her husband have three active boys, and they enjoy reading and playing games and sports together.

Dr. Indolfo Luna became inspired to pursue podiatric medicine during his undergraduate years. “I was interested in how specialized podiatry school was and how podiatrists work a lot with diabetic patients,” he explains. Dr. Luna strives to treat his patients like family and enjoys getting to know them beyond their health concerns. He takes pride in educating patients on ways to keep their feet healthy. “The best part of my job is seeing how happy people are after receiving much-needed podiatric care,” he says. In his spare time, Dr. Luna loves walking and hiking. He especially likes visiting the Missouri Botanical Gardens. Dr. Luna also finds enjoyment in completing Suduko puzzles and reading history or historical fiction books.

Dr. Josephine Lee Aguhob Glaser— known as “Mrs. Dr. G” to her patients—is a proud Filipina American who “felt called into medicine” as a child. She connects with patients by actively listening, finding common ground, and “allowing patients the first and last word in each clinical encounter.” Dr. Glaser works with both the patient and care team “to meet and exceed the patient’s whole person healthcare goals.” She especially likes caring for the senior population. “It gives me great joy to care for an elderly individual with challenging problems,” she says. When not with patients, Dr. Glaser enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a doctor. She also loves watching anime with her children and volunteering in her community.
