  • Thaddeus Brija

    Financial Advisor

The drive to help others is what led Thaddeus to join the Renaissance Financial team. While working as a research technician at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, he focused on helping others through science. At the same time, he built strong relationships with his friends at Renaissance Financial, where he saw a close-knit team of advisors and staff assisting each client in their quest for financial freedom. This was a pivotal time for Thaddeus as he decided to transition out of the science world and into a career that would allow him to interact with clients every day, helping them build a solid foundation for the future of their family or their business. Thaddeus brings his passion to a variety of clients. In his experience, he has seen that it is rewarding to help everyone, from individuals to families, or from budding professionals to established business owners. For him, the interaction with each client is a unique puzzle where he must analyze, develop, and in the end strive for his or her ultimate goal, whatever that might be. The thrill of watching a young family buy their first house is an extraordinary experience, as is guiding a retired couple into the golden years. No matter what the goal is, Thaddeus and the team at Renaissance Financial are here to help. For Thaddeus, the path to Renaissance Financial was an interesting one. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in chemistry from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
