Best Service I Have Ever Experienced

I had a drain back up in my basement, and I called the first number I saw on Google....I was fortunate that it was the number for Tom Craig at Able Rooter. He answered the call personally at 9 pm. I wasn't expecting that in this age of voicemail. He said he would come out as soon as I needed him. He was early for the appointment, and assessed the problem quickly. He was finished and on his way in under half an hour. I have never had this taken care of so quickly and efficiently. Not only is Tom excellent at what he does, but he is very personable, and a great guy to work with as well. I highly recommend him.
