Ms. Christy Wills
<p><!--block-->Ms. Christy began her career with KinderCare in Belleville, Illinois as a Preschool Teacher in 1992. Shortly after, she knew this field was her passion and she began moving up in the company. By 1997, Ms. Christy took on the role as Center Director. During that time, she also began her family and has four amazing children! Her oldest is 24 and her youngest is nine, so she has a full house! Ms. Christy has a master's degree in early childhood administration and is always looking to continue her education. She truly believe we never stop learning and also believes the best way to stay relevant in a field is to always continue to learn. Ms. Christy loves sharing the amazing things she sees our children do here at the center every day with their parents. Ms. Christy knows she has the most amazing career! She loves what she does, knowing that the children in her care are learning. </p>

Ms. LaShawnda
<p><!--block-->Ms. LaShawnda is a big kid at heart and loves everything about her job. One of her best qualities is being open with the families. She is always available to talk to the parents. She also <em>loves</em> the Wet and Messy portion of our Infant curriculum. She always has something fun for them to do. During the month of April, the theme was Growing Gardens and she always had soil out for the kids to play with. In the month of June, the theme is Wonderful Water. She always has the kids playing in water! Ms. Lashawnda knows that rich sensory experiences provide developmentally appropriate opportunities that enhance brain development and introduce concepts such as cause-and-effect, trial-and-error, and object performance. She would love to show you her classroom!</p>

She does a great job making sure that your infant is engaged in activities that will help his/her own personal development.
